Ingredients

  • 1 fryer, cooked and diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 3 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix together chicken, soup and broth and pour into greased pan or dish.

    Add one layer of mixture and 1 layer of sliced eggs, alternately.

    Mix together milk, oleo and flour.

    Pour this mixture over pie and bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
