- 2-3t. garlic, pressed
- 2-3t. anchovy paste
- 1 egg
- 1-2t. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2T. dijon
- 3 T. lemon juice
- s&p
- 1/3-1/2c. olive oil
- 1/2c. parmesan
Directions

1Whisk together all but olive oil and parmesan. Add oil to make emulsion. Add parmesan to salad, pour on dressing and mix. Top with croutons.

2Croutons: press garlic into some olive oil, add salt and pepper.

3Slice bread, brush with oil mixture, cut into cubes, put in 350degree oven until crisp and brown about 15 min. You can add an interesting finishing salt if desired.
