  • 2 c. cut up chicken
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can drained, sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs

    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake at 400° until golden brown (35 to 40 minutes).

    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate unused pie.
