  • 1 1/2 c. cut up chicken
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • pie shells
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

    Boil chicken breast and onions. Drain. Cut up. Heat broth and butter. Add flour, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken, evaporated milk, onion and cut up eggs. Put into casserole and top with crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
