  • meat off 1 whole chicken
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • about 1 c. frozen peas
  • about 1 1/2 c. baby carrots
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Place chicken and vegetables at the bottom of a 2.8 liter casserole dish.

    Mix together broth and soup; pour it over chicken and veggies.

    Mix flour and milk with melted butter; pour on top. Bake at 350° for at least 1 hour or until crust is brown.
