- 4 c. bite-size pieces cooked chicken
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
- 8 oz. cooked peas
- 8 oz. diced, cooked carrots
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. real butter, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

3Mix chicken soup and broth and pour over chicken.

4Arrange peas and carrots over top.

5Mix flour and baking powder in bowl; add buttermilk and butter.

6Stir to form a thin dough; pour evenly over chicken mixture.

7Bake uncovered about 1 hour until crust rises to top and browns lightly.
