- 1 fryer (a nice fat one)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. black pepper (optional)
- 1 small can mixed vegetables, drained
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2Remove from bones and cut into small pieces.

3Place in large baking dish.

4Mix cream of chicken and cream of celery soups with 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.

5Fold in mixed vegetables.

6Pour over cut up chicken.

7Mix self-rising flour, melted margarine and buttermilk together; spoon over chicken-soup mixture.

8Bake at 425° until golden brown.
