  • 3 lb. chicken, deboned and cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • black pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Place chicken in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Mix broth and chicken soup in saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Pour over chicken.

    Mix flour, milk, butter and pepper to form batter. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
