Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk chicken, drained
- 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. of 6 canned biscuits
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine until tender, but not browned.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3Add milk, water and bouillon cube. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

4Stir in chicken and vegetables.

5Heat until bubbly.

6Pour into two 4 x 4-inch individual casserole dishes.
