- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 2 medium chopped carrots
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can Veg-All mixed vegetables
Directions

1In a large skillet, mix the filling as follows:

2saute onion, celery and carrots.

3Chop chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.

4Add to vegetables.

5Continue to stir until chicken is cooked.

6Add cream of chicken soup and Veg-All.

7Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9-inch deep pie shell and add top crust.

8Vent crust. Bake at 375° until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
