  • 1 pkg. All Ready pie crust
  • 12 oz. cooked chicken, chopped (can use canned)
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Line pie plate with crust.

    Mix rest of ingredients and pour in crust.

    Top with other crust.

    Cut slits in top crust.

    Cook 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
