- 4 to 5 chicken breasts
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 small can peas, drained
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- pinch of soda
Directions

1Cook chicken, skin, debone and place pieces of cut up chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix chicken broth, soup, veggies and peas over medium heat; pour over chicken.

3Mix together flour, buttermilk, margarine and soda.

4Pour on top and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
