  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
  • 3 boned and boiled chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken stock

    Line casserole dish with one pie crust.

    Add chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, salt and pepper.

    Mix soup and broth together; pour over vegetables.

    Slice boiled eggs over soup.

    Cover with other pie crust.

    Pinch both crusts together so they will not leak. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
