- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. broth
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. diced chicken, cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Melt butter in a heavy Dutch oven.

2Add flour, stirring until smooth.

3Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4Gradually add broth and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

6Pour chicken mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
