- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. assorted, cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, lima beans, potatoes)
- dash of sage or thyme
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
