- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
- sage to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- pastry for 2-crust pie
Directions

1Combine soup, peas and carrots, seasonings and cheese, if desired.

2Pour into a prepared pie crust.

3Place top layer crust on top and cut several slits in the top of crust.

4Bake in a 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is done.
