Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 2 cans mixed Veg-All
- 5 small potatoes, cubed
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Drain Veg-All.

3Then put Veg-All and potatoes on top of chicken.

4Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste and cornstarch. Pour mixture over Veg-All and potatoes.

5Mix together flour, milk and butter. Pour this over the top of pie.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to an hour or until golden brown.
