- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1 c. sliced cooked carrots
- 2/3 c. cooked peas
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Combine chicken and vegetables in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.

3Stir flour, salt and pepper into butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.

4Gradually add broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
