- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Let crusts thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2Cook chicken; cut into small pieces.

3Spray bottom of pie plate with cooking oil.

4Line bottom of pie plate with pie crust; poke holes with fork.

5Mix chicken and all other ingredients in pie shell. Top with other crust; tuck edges under first crust.

6Press with fork to seal edges; make slits in top crust.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Serves 8.
