  • 1 chicken
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen garden peas and carrots
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Clean and cut up chicken.

    Stew, when done, cool and cut into bite size pieces.

    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Put chicken in dish, add cream of celery soup with 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.

    Add peas and carrots to the chicken mixture.

    Mix Bisquick with milk and pour over chicken mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown.

    Can be made ahead and pour Bisquick mixture just before cooking.
