- 1 chicken
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. frozen garden peas and carrots
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Clean and cut up chicken.

2Stew, when done, cool and cut into bite size pieces.

3Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Put chicken in dish, add cream of celery soup with 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.

4Add peas and carrots to the chicken mixture.

5Mix Bisquick with milk and pour over chicken mixture.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown.

7Can be made ahead and pour Bisquick mixture just before cooking.
