- 4 leg quarters or chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Place chicken in bottom of baking dish.

2Drain mixed vegetables and cover chicken.

3Mix mushroom soup with broth and pour over vegetables.

4Mix Bisquick and milk to make thin batter and pour over chicken mixture.

5Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
