  • 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small can carrots
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Mix chicken, peas, carrots, soup, broth, salt and pepper together. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix Bisquick, milk and butter together. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake in 400° oven for 60 minutes or crust is light brown.
