- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c. cooked carrots
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp. poppy seed
- 8 refrigerator biscuits
- fresh mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Simmer together carrots, onion and peas until onion is clear. Lay chicken in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Cover with vegetables.

3Pour on 2 cans of soup mixed with poppy seed.

4Bake mixture at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Place 8 biscuits on top.

6Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
