Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • chicken pieces (3 or 4 breasts, deboned)
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (all large) or 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, boiled and drained
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Boil chicken and remove from bone.

    Place chicken in bottom of baking dish.

    Top with broth, soup and vegetables (drained).

    Make topping of flour, margarine and milk.

    Mix thoroughly and pour over top of chicken mixture.

    Bake at 350° until brown, about 1 hour.
