Chicken Pot Pie

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut into chunks (save the broth to cook vegetables in)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packets Lipton cream of chicken soup mix
  • 2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
  • biscuit dough for crust on top of pie

Directions

    Cook the frozen vegetables in about 3 cups of the chicken broth.

    When done, add the chicken, both cans of soup, salt and pepper to your own taste.

    (A good seasoning to use is Cavender's Greek seasoning).

    You can use this instead of salt and pepper if you want to.

    Bring to a simmering boil, add the two packets of soup mix.

    Mixture should have a semi-thick broth.

    Pour into a large casserole dish.
