- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- butter flavor crackers
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (12 oz.) jar seedless red raspberry jam
Directions

1Combine cheese, pecans and onions.

2Add mayonnaise; mix well. Place in a 4-cup mold; refrigerate until ready to serve.

3Unmold onto a lettuce lined serving platter.

4Pour raspberry jam over mold, or press an indention in center of mold and fill to overflowing with jam.

5Serve with crackers.
