  • 1- 2 lb. cooked chicken, deboned (save broth)
  • 1 lb. pkg frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    In casserole dish layer chicken and vegetables.

    Mix a can of broth with cream of mushroom soup, pour over vegetables and chicken.

    Combine Bisquick and milk, pour over vegetables and chicken.

    Pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 400° until brown.
