  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 small pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 All-Ready pie crusts

    Saute onions in margarine.

    Stir in flour.

    Add soup and water; stir until bubbly and thickened.

    Add chicken and vegetables and heat thoroughly.

    Place 1 crust in bottom of pie pan; add chicken/vegetable mixture.

    Top with second crust.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
