- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. onion
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can water
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 small pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- pepper to taste
- 2 All-Ready pie crusts
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Stir in flour.

3Add soup and water; stir until bubbly and thickened.

4Add chicken and vegetables and heat thoroughly.

5Place 1 crust in bottom of pie pan; add chicken/vegetable mixture.

6Top with second crust.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
