- 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
- 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine and saute onion.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir in broth and milk; heat to boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil and stir 1 minute.

5Add chicken and vegetables.* Line quiche dish with 1 crust (follow package directions).

6Add chicken mixture and top with second crust.

7Seal edges and cut slits in top crust.

8Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.
