- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cut up chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots or 1 can Veg-All
- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Directions

1Boil and bone chicken.

2Heat margarine on low heat.

3Blend flour, onion, salt and pepper.

4Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.

5Stir in broth and milk; bring to a boil for 1 minute.

6Add chicken and vegetables.

7Pour into pie shell and cover with another pie shell.

8Bake in 350° oven until cheese is brown.
