Ingredients: 1 pkg. seasoned corn bread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm); 3/4 stick melted margarine; 1 c. and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth; 3 c. cooked chopped chicken; 1/2 c. chopped onions; 1/2 c. chopped green onion tips; 1/2 c. chopped celery; 3/4 mayonnaise; 1 tsp. salt; 2 eggs; 1 1/2 c. sweet milk; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix stuffing mix, margarine and broth together lightly. Add veggies, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well and press mixture into a greased 12 x 8 baking dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
