- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 14 cup minced onion
- 14 cup minced green pepper
- 12 cup dry white wine or 12 cup marsala wine
- 14 cup pitted black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2Stir in basil.

3Add chicken and brown for 3-5 minutes on each side.

4Add the remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
