  • 2 tablespoons flour, fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

    Roll scallops in flour.

    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
