  • 6 chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 12 Pepperidge Farm patty shells (6 in box)
  • 12 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Fry chicken breasts in pan.

    Season with salt, oregano and a little pepper.

    When done, remove from pan and cool.

    Take meat off bones.

    Roll out patty shells (tart side up) and fill each with chicken and 1 slice Mozzarella cheese.

    Put on ungreased pan and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until golden.
