- 1/4 Onion
- 3 Asparagus
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
- 1/2 Celery
- 60 grams Chicken strips
- 1 tbsp Coriander, optional
- 1/2 bag Taco seasoning
- 1 Shredded cheese
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Water
Directions

1Chop and mince all of the ingredients!

2Cook the vegetables (except the coriander) in olive oil.

3If you don't have chicken strips, you can lightly season some breast meat with salt and pepper and cook separately.

4You can use any brand of taco seasoning that you want.

5Once the vegetables have been lightly cooked, add the taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water.

6Let it boil down and then add the chicken and coriander.

7Place a tortilla in a frying pan and top with cheese (as much as you want).

8Heat it up over low heat.

9Top Step 5 with the ingredients from Step 4.

10Top that with some more cheese.

11(It tastes best if you use a lot of cheese.)

12Cover with another tortilla and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes.

13It should brown about this much!

14Cut into any size.
