- 1 partially baked pie crust
- 4 oz. fat-free Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped (canned chicken is okay)
- 1/2 c. green peas or broccoli
- 3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Toss cheese and onion with flour (use waxed paper and save a clean up job).

2Spread chicken and peas on bottom of crust and sprinkle with cheese-onion mixture.

3Combine and beat eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper until well mixed (not frothy); pour over the other ingredients in pie shell.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and top is lightly browned.

5Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
