  • 8 ounce. skinless chicken breast
  • 2 ounce. clarified butter
  • Mushrooms
  • Shallots
  • Thyme
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 4 ounce. chicken stock
  • 2 ounce. white wine
  • 4 ounce. whipping cream

Directions

    Dredge both sides of skinless chicken breasts in flour.

    Saute/fry chicken on both sides in clarified butter.

    Add in mushrooms, shallots, thyme, bay leaf and artichoke hearts, quartered.

    Add in chicken stock and cook down.

    Add in white wine and whipping cream.

    Add in nutmeg.

    Place on bed of rice.
