- 8 ounce. skinless chicken breast
- 2 ounce. clarified butter
- Mushrooms
- Shallots
- Thyme
- Bay leaf
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 4 ounce. chicken stock
- 2 ounce. white wine
- 4 ounce. whipping cream
Directions

1Dredge both sides of skinless chicken breasts in flour.

2Saute/fry chicken on both sides in clarified butter.

3Add in mushrooms, shallots, thyme, bay leaf and artichoke hearts, quartered.

4Add in chicken stock and cook down.

5Add in white wine and whipping cream.

6Add in nutmeg.

7Place on bed of rice.
