- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.

2Add rest of ingredients.

3Let set until double in bulk.

4Knead dough.

5Roll out on floured surface and cut rolls with biscuit cutter.

6Place in greased pan; brush tops of rolls with oil and let rise again. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
