Chicken Rice Bake

  • 12 chicken parts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 small can Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 small pkg. sliced almonds
  • 1 cube margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix rice, soups and juice.

    Put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Lay chicken on top.

    Pour butter over top.

    Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.

    Cover with foil; bake 2 1/2 hours at 275°. Remove foil last 1/2 hour.
