- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 fryer chicken
- paprika
Directions

1Stir together the mushroom soup, milk, onion mix and undrained mushrooms; set aside 1/2 cup mixture.

2Stir uncooked rice and vegetables into remaining soup mixture.

3Turn rice into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Arrange chicken pieces on top.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken.

7Cover tightly with foil.

8Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
