- 5 c. sugar
- 32 oz. white vinegar
- 32 oz. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 51 peppers or peck
Directions

1Grind peppers and mix sugar, white vinegar, mustard and salt together.

2Bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes.

3(Add 1 cup of flour to 1 pint of water.)

4Add to the first mixture and bring back to a boil.

5Let boil for 10 minutes, then pour into clean jars and seal.

6Makes about 9 pints.

7Great for hot dogs and hamburgs.
