Chicken-Rice Bake

  • 8 pieces chicken with skin
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Directions

    Boil rice for about 5 minutes; drain well.

    Mix together cream soups and add rice.

    Put mixture in baking pan.

    Place chicken pieces on top, skin side up.

    Dot with paprika.

    Pour onion soup over entire casserole.

    Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
