- 2 chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- onion
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Brown chicken in margarine.

2Brown small amount of chopped onion in butter.

3Pour uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. Place browned chicken on top and pour chicken soup on top.

4Add water.

5Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
