Chicken-Rice Casserole

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • onion
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Brown chicken in margarine.

    Brown small amount of chopped onion in butter.

    Pour uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. Place browned chicken on top and pour chicken soup on top.

    Add water.

    Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
