- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. dry uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. wine or cooking sherry (optional)
- 1 c. chopped celery or broccoli
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1In an oval chicken roaster pan, stir together all ingredients, except chicken, adding 4 cans water.

2Press chicken down into rice mixture.

3Cover with lid; cook at 350° for 1 hour.
