  • 2 cans chunk chicken
  • 2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can peas (small)
  • 1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 12 saltines

Directions

    Mix rice, soup, chicken and peas together. Mix 1/2 cheese into rice mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then cover with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
