Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c. mushrooms (4 oz.)
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can crescent rolls

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, soft butter, salt, chicken and mushrooms.

    Mix well.

    Separate rolls, spread 1/4 cup mixture on each.

    Roll up, starting with the short side of the triangle. Roll to opposite point, tuck side and point under to seal.

    Dip in melted butter, then in the corn flake crumbs.

    Place on cookie sheet; bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.

    Serve with Sour Cream Gravy.
