Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can croissant rolls

Directions

    Boil chicken, pull off bone.

    Put in medium bowl.

    Add 1/2 can cream of chicken soup; mix this together real well.

    Open croissant rolls.
  5. 5
    Spoon out chicken mixture in roll, and roll up and put in casserole dish.

    Repeat until all is gone.

    Take rest of cream of chicken soup, milk and broth and mix in medium bowl until mixed real good.

    Pour this over the top of rolls.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Ready to eat.
