  • 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine, Plus 2 Tablespoons Melted Margarine For Coating
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cans (8 Oz. Can, 8 Rolls In Each) Crescent Rolls
  • 23 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
  • Chicken Gravy Or Similar Sauce, For Serving

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, margarine, chicken, and onions until smooth.

    Separate crescent rolls.

    Divide filling among the 16 rolls and roll them up.

    Then place the remaining melted margarine and bread crumbs in separate bowls.

    Roll the chicken rolls in the margarine and then in the crumbs.

    Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Top with chicken gravy or cream of chicken soup diluted with one can of milk.
