- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- garlic salt
- sweet basil
- grated Romano cheese
Directions

1Put oil in bottom of casserole, just to cover.

2Trim any fat from breasts and place on oil (single layer).

3Sprinkle with garlic salt.

4Cover with grated cheese.

5Sprinkle (heavily) with sweet basil.

6Adjust to taste.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tender.

8Can place under broiler for few seconds if want slightly browned.

9Serve with Spinach Fettucini and salad.
