- 12 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 14 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup pale dry sherry
- 14 teaspoon rosemary, dried
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixtue, shaking off excess.

3Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet.

4Brown chicken in oil until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes each side.

5Remove from skillet.

6Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute lightly.

7Stir in Chicken broth and Sherry.

8Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with rosemary

9Cover and simmer slowly for 30-45 minutes or tender.

10Thicken if desired.
